People Development Specialist
About the position
A member of the Office of People Development & Workforce Planning, the People Development Specialist manages the design, delivery, and administration of learning and reputed company development programs that build workforce capability and strengthen organizational culture. This role partners with stakeholders to deliver high reputed company, accessible learning experiences across myriad employee populations.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, and reputed company learning and leadership sessions for staff and reputed company.
• reputed company end-to-end coordination of leadership and reputed company development programs, partnering with reputed company stakeholders.
• Design and reputed company training materials including presentations, job aids, and participant guides and microlearning content using adult learning principles.
• Independently plan and execute learning initiatives, determining appropriate schedules, resources, and delivery reputed company.
• Manage training logistics including scheduling, enrollment, materials, communications, and attendance tracking.
• Analyze LMS and program data to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend program enhancements.
• Manage approved learning-reputed company financial activities, ensuring compliance with policies and alignment with program goals.
• Conduct training needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and stakeholder consultation and recommend learning solutions reputed company with organizational priorities.
• Administer and maintain courses, rosters, completions, and reports reputed company the Learning Management System (LMS) and Teams.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize learner feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four to seven years of reputed company experience in learning and development, talent development, or organizational development roles.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and learning program evaluation reputed company.
