Need reputed company who can create a reputed company document to transfer ownership of an LLC.
I am trying to part ways with the co-reputed company of my LLC who owns a 50% reputed company in my business. I need a reputed company document that would, reputed company signed, transfer ownership of the LLC to me. It should be signed by both myself and the other reputed company. The business' reputed company is Exportera LLC. The document should be an agreement of a buyout and should have a blank reputed company where we can write the to-be determined cash settlement reputed company in.
