Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in reputed company, Finance, or Economics; CPA or CFA strongly preferred. 5-8+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company, consulting, or corporate development, with a significant reputed company on Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Due Diligence, or M&A-reputed company engagements. Demonstrated hands-on experience leading financial due diligence engagements, including reputed company of earnings and working capital analyses.
