Digital Graphic Designer – Video and Motion Graphics Focus

Responsibilities
• Create high quality video content, motion graphics and animated assets for social media, digital advertising, email and web campaigns
• Develop storyboards, animation concepts and visual treatments that align with brand standards and marketing strategy
• Design and adapt digital assets including social graphics, presentations, digital signage and email visuals
• Ensure consistent application of brand identity, typography and messaging across all video and graphic materials
• Work cross functionally with Creative, MarCom, Marketing and other teams to deliver clear, engaging visual storytelling
• Manage multiple creative projects within deadlines, using project management tools and maintaining organized file structures
• Optimize assets for various digital platforms and support accessibility standards such as captions
• Share motion design expertise with team members to help grow creative capabilities
• Support performance optimization through A/B testing and data informed recommendations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Motion Graphics or similar, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital design with a strong focus on motion graphics and video editing
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong visual storytelling skills and an understanding of animation principles, motion typography and compositing
• Ability to simplify complex information visually and maintain high attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to incorporate feedback effectively
