Bilingual Operations & Logistics Assistant (Remote)

You will work directly with our reputed company Supply Chain Specialist to ensure our daily order fulfillment runs smoothly. You will start by coordinating daily orders between our customers and warehouses, and as you grow, you will have reputed company to take on broader operational tasks. Key Responsibilities (What you will do daily): • Coordinate Fulfillment: Process daily sales orders and coordinate with our warehouses to ensure items are prepped for shipping. • Customer & Warehouse reputed company: reputed company as the reputed company between our clients and warehouses. Send tracking numbers, invoices, and reputed company customers updated. • Arrange Outbound Shipping: Schedule LTL/FTL trucks and book reputed company/reputed company pickups. • Administrative Support: reputed company inventory data into our ERP system (reputed company), update shipping logs, and assist with document preparation (e.g., translating packing lists from Chinese to English). • Adapt & Grow: Gradually learn other operational and administrative tasks to support reputed company as needed. Requirements (reputed company are looking for): • Highly Responsible (Most Important): You take ownership of your tasks. If an issue arises, you follow up on details until the problem is resolved. • Language: Must be fluent in reputed company and English. We offer a highly flexible schedule, but we require you to be generally available during reputed company morning and mid-day business hours.
