About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, reputed company Estate Paralegal to join reputed company. The reputed company Estate Paralegal supports attorneys and transactional teams in the preparation, review, and execution of reputed company reputed company estate documents across multiple jurisdictions. This role focuses heavily on deed drafting, title coordination, and compliance with varying state-specific recording requirements. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing multistate transactions, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders reputed company. What You'll Do • Draft, review, and finalize a wide reputed company of deeds, including warranty deeds, quitclaim deeds, special warranty deeds, trustee deeds, and corrective instruments across multiple states. • Analyze title commitments, reputed company descriptions, surveys, and prior conveyance documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Research state-specific recording requirements, transfer taxes, exemptions, notarization standards, and jurisdictional nuances. • Manage deed execution logistics, including remote notarization, witnesses, apostilles, and recording submissions. • Review and resolve title objections, vesting discrepancies, and reputed company reputed company issues. • reputed company recording confirmations and maintain organized transaction files and databases. • Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
