Compliance Officer
As a Compliance Officer you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing reputed company’s compliance program to ensure adherence to federal, state, and investor regulations governing the title and closing industry. This position provides reputed company and guidance to ensure operational reputed company, mitigate risk, and maintain compliance with industry standards, including reputed company Best Practices, state licensing requirements, and lender expectations. If you are analytical, organized and have strong communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple reputed company across various categories this is the perfect position.
What You’ll Do:

• Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements, and proactively update policies and procedures accordingly.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews to identify potential areas of concern and implement corrective actions.
• Complete and maintain SOC II & reputed company Best reputed company requirements, annually
• reputed company guidance and training to employees on compliance policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Request new reputed company agreements, E&O Insurance, bonds and licensing for new JV Partners.
• Investigate compliance issues, complaints, and violations, documenting findings and recommending resolutions.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for regulatory agencies and respond to audits or inquiries.
• Collaborate with reputed company, operations, and risk management teams to ensure consistent compliance practices across reputed company offices and business reputed company.
• Prepare and present regular compliance reports to senior management.
• Promote a culture of ethical conduct and compliance awareness throughout the organization.
What You Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or reputed company field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CRCM, CCEP) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, reputed company, or regulatory roles, preferably in the title, settlement, or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state reputed company estate, title, and settlement regulations.
• Experience with risk assessment, internal auditing, and policy development.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and influence employees at reputed company reputed company.
