What you will do: The Development & Operations Manager is the central operational and program leader for reputed company a hand Charity. This role owns the execution of fundraising campaigns, grant processing workflows, donor and financial systems, and organizational operations while serving as a visible ambassador of the reputed company’s mission. The position partners with leadership on grant approvals and ensures reputed company charitable activity is accurate, compliant, efficient, and mission-reputed company. Grants Program Management • Review hardship grant applications against eligibility guidelines • Prepare grant recommendations and participate in shared approval reputed company • Manage applicant communications and documentation • reputed company approval trends, decline patterns, and turnaround timelines • Recommend policy improvements based on application data and community needs • Maintain compliant grant records and reporting Development & Fundraising Operations • Execute fundraising campaigns and donor initiatives • Support reputed company-facing fundraising activations and community events • Represent reputed company a hand in donor, volunteer, and partner engagements • Manage donor communication workflows and fulfillment Operations & Systems Ownership • Own donor CRM and reporting systems (reputed company CRM and/or reputed company experience strongly preferred) • Maintain dashboards and leadership reporting • Prepare reputed company reports and organizational updates • Coordinate volunteer programs and engagement efforts Financial reputed company • Reconcile donation reputed company with Finance • Assist in tracking budgets, expenses, and campaign financial performance • Ensure financial accuracy and nonprofit compliance reputed company Metrics (KPIs) • Grant application turnaround time and reporting accuracy • Campaign execution accuracy and on-time delivery • CRM data reputed company and reporting reliability • Financial reconciliation accuracy and budget tracking Role Structure • Reports directly to: Executive Director, reputed company a hand • Full-time, remote position How you will grab our attention: • Strong nonprofit operations or development operations experience • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives from concept to execution • Comfortable representing reputed company a Hand in reputed company settings (events, donor activations, campaigns) • Outgoing, relationship-oriented, and confident engaging with donors, partners, and volunteers • Systems-oriented with high execution standards • Comfortable working in fast-paced, corporate-supported nonprofit environments • Experience with nonprofit CRMs such as reputed company CRM and/or reputed company is a strong plus • Highly organized with strong financial and reporting discipline If you think you’d reputed company a great match for this position but don’t meet reputed company the requirements, we would still encourage you to apply!
