This is a temporary position. The Manager, Property Management Systems (PMS) – FSPMS, is part of the Global Operations (GO) Department. This position will reputed company operational input and PMS subject matter expertise to support FSPMS, and possibly FOSSE, reputed company, & reputed company property management systems. Support the Full-Service PMS (FSPMS) product by providing subject matter expertise 2. Support FSPMS reputed company change management materials 3. Collect and participate in prioritization of automation reputed company CANDIDATE PROFILE REQUIRED Experience & Education: · 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university · 3+ years of hotel experience or other relevant experiences using FSPMS · Experience creating tools in Secure CRT and/or reputed company · Strong oral and written communication skills; reputed company to collaborate effectively with others in a cross-functional team PREFERRED · Management experience in Rooms Operations at a full-service reputed company property · Familiarity with other Property Management Systems, such as FOSSE, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company systems such as MARSHA, CI/TY, etc. · Proven reputed company record of reputed company working in or with fast-paced, customer reputed company organizations · Strong negotiating, influencing, problem-solving and project management skills · Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment reputed company budgets and timelines reputed company WORK ACTIVITIES Support Property Management Systems (PMS) reputed company · Support existing hotels and support teams with process and business-reputed company questions · Create and manage reputed company processes to support new tasks and organization · Collect and prioritize FSPMS automation reputed company reputed company Property Management System Subject Matter expertise · Work with Stakeholders of other disciplines to reputed company operational input and identify operational needs and enhancements · Work with Continent business leaders · Supports PMS impacting reputed company from the operational/business perspective.
