Clinical Psychologist (Primary Care Behavioral Health) (Remote)

We are seeking a remote Clinical Psychologist to reputed company and reputed company training for reputed company behavioral health professionals, including psychologists, behavioral health consultants (BHCs), and behavioral health consultant facilitators (BHCFs) reputed company the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model. This role involves mentoring, training, and evaluating staff, ensuring high-reputed company care delivery in a primary care setting. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company and reputed company training for BHCs and BHCFs reputed company the PCBH model, ensuring reputed company team members are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge. • Demonstrate subject matter expertise (SME) in both PCBH and Care Management Models, developing and delivering training programs reputed company with clinical reputed company guidelines and evidence-based practices. • Train staff to meet required competencies in PCBH reputed company competencies, DHA standards, and MHS reputed company documentation. • Facilitate competency evaluations, ensuring reputed company team members meet performance standards during role plays and clinical encounters. • reputed company training materials based on reputed company reputed company literature and research, ensuring resources are practical and up to date. • reputed company ongoing support, mentoring, and feedback to BHCs and BHCFs, aligning training with organizational goals. • Assist in program evaluation, data analysis, and identifying trends to continuously improve training and behavioral health practices. • Collaborate with leadership to reputed company training programs with organizational goals and report on reputed company. • Serve as a trusted advisor and contribute to proposals, marketing efforts, and organizational development. • Manage administrative tasks, including leave requests, team coverage, and periodic contract audits. • Work with HR and Program Directors to ensure compliance with HR policies.
