Remote ABA Registered Behavior Technician Trainer

Must be a BCaBA or BCBA Ability Builders Consulting Co. is hiring a Remote RBT Trainer to deliver high-quality, engaging instruction for individuals completing their 40-hour RBT training and preparing for certification. This role is ideal for someone who can teach clearly, keep learners motivated, and ensure candidates understand the content—not just check the box. Location: Remote (U.S.) Schedule: Part-time or Full-time (flexible; evenings/weekends may be available) Pay: $30-5- an hour DOE Start: ASAP What You’ll Do • Facilitate live virtual RBT training sessions (40-hour program) and/or virtual workshops • Teach core ABA concepts in a way that is simple, practical, and easy to retain • Lead exam prep sessions, review key topics, and run Q&A/support calls • Track attendance, participation, and completion requirements • Grade/monitor quizzes and learning checks and provide feedback to candidates • Support candidates through the training timeline and keep them on track to finish • Collaborate with internal team (recruiting + operations) to schedule cohorts, improve content, and maintain a smooth learner experience • Maintain professionalism and compliance with BACB training requirements and company policies Who You Are • Confident facilitator who can lead groups and keep a virtual room engaged • Strong communicator—able to explain complex topics to beginners • Organized and dependable with high attention to detail • Comfortable coaching, motivating, and setting expectations with adult learners • Tech-savvy: Zoom/arenaflex Meet, LMS platforms, spreadsheets, basic troubleshooting Required Qualifications • Active BCaBA/BCBA credential (preferred) 8 hour RBT training certificate • 1+ year experience in ABA services (direct therapy, training, supervision, or clinical support) • Experience training, mentoring, precepting, or onboarding staff (formal or informal) • Strong understanding of the RBT Task List, ethics, and best practices • Reliable internet and a professional at-home workspace Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years ABA training/supervision experience • Experience delivering virtual training and/or using an LMS • Experience with competency assessment preparation and role-play coaching • Background in instructional design, facilitation, or adult learning Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
