Senior Operations & Listing Optimization VA (Short-Term Rentals – Expert Level Only)

I am looking for an exceptionally strong Virtual Assistant with deep experience in short-term rental platforms and property management systems. This is not a basic reputed company role. I need someone who is proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying problems and improving systems without being micromanaged.
