As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supply chain and logistics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting remote opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system * Understand and identify customs documentation * Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration * Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct * Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally * Ensure compliance at all times to regulations * Daily execution of workflow and department metrics **Qualifications** * Associates or Bachelors Degree * Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing * Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical * Proficient computer skills- solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills * Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficient in data entry software and systems * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes * Excellent customer service skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in customs brokerage or supply chain/logistics * Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures * Experience with data entry software and systems * Certification in customs brokerage or supply chain/logistics (e.g. CGBP, CSCP) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
