You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain and improve our data management systems, including data dashboards and layout libraries * Design, develop, and deploy normalized data models and data visualizations * Perform exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, and data integration * Mine data to gather insights and drive business decisions * Steward data management requirements for key projects to drive customer story commitment and enhance reality-based decision-making across our leadership teams * Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by providing scientific support (code documentation, data changes, calculations, etc.) to our innovation teams **We'd Love to Hear from You If:** * You have moderate experience with store network analysis, visualization, and dashboard development * You have a collaborative approach to presenting complex data insights and brief summaries of approach tailored to diverse audiences, both in discipline and decision-making ownership **Required Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:** * Education: BA/BS with a focus in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Social Science, or a related field) * Ability to apply data on multidisciplinary business standards and practices to achieve effective results in cross-functional tasks and activities * Business-relevant experience with several visualization and AI strategies (regression, tree models, survival analysis, clustering, estimation, anomaly detection, association rules, etc.) * Experienced user of Incorta, Prophet, and SQL * Openness and business-relevant experience with several data ETL (Teradata, Python, Java, Ruby, Pig) * Openness and business-relevant experience with several analytical languages (R, SAS, SPSS, Stata) * Experience with big data handling methods, preferred * Retail, customer loyalty, e-commerce, or store network insight, preferred **About arenaflex and Its Benefits:** arenaflex is a multinational chain of coffee shops headquartered in Seattle, Washington, United States.
