You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide assistance with baggage handling, lost and found items, and other customer-related matters. If you're a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist passengers with their baggage pick-up and resolve issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged items * Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring accurate and efficient processing * Handle customer interactions with class, professionalism, and efficiency, providing solutions to their queries and concerns * Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position * Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer service and support * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of safety and quality **Essential Qualifications** * Must be a local (in-state) resident * High School diploma or GED * Valid In-State Driver's License * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen * Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 * Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security * Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs * Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer service, airport operations, or a related field * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications * Ability to lift/carry/push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications * Ability to lift/carry/push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces * Ability to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
