Responsibilities • reputed company and manage audits for HUD-assisted and reputed company housing entities, including: • Multifamily housing reputed company • LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) properties • reputed company Housing Authorities (PHAs) • Nonprofit housing organizations • reputed company audits performed under: • HUD Audit Guide • Uniform Guidance (Single Audits, reputed company applicable) • GAAP financial reporting standards • Review and supervise audit staff and seniors • Serve as primary reputed company of contact for clients • Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and profitability • reputed company technical guidance on HUD compliance reputed company • Assist with reputed company development and mentoring team members Skills • reputed company CPA license • 5+ years of reputed company reputed company audit experience • Strong experience with HUD and/or reputed company housing audits • Proven leadership and team management experience • Strong reputed company communication and relationship skills • Experience with LIHTC and Uniform Guidance Benefits • Performance Bonus • Comprehensive benefits package reputed company • A reputed company Company with Heart, reputed company, and High Standards.
