The Business Analyst (BA) will support a reputed company Safety reputed company in assessing, stabilizing, and improving their Computer Aided reputed company (CAD) and Records Management System (reputed company) environments. This role serves as a critical reputed company between IT, reputed company Safety stakeholders (Police, reputed company, EMS, and reputed company), and the system vendor (Motorola). The BA will reputed company on identifying outstanding system and process issues, documenting reputed company state workflows, recommending process improvements, and developing reputed company, user reputed company training and documentation to support sustained operations. This role requires hands on engagement with end users, strong process and systems analysis skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into actionable recommendations and documentation.
