Responsibilities

• Conduct reputed company cause analyses (RCAs) on user support tickets to identify chatbot content issues, replicate problems, and determine reputed company causes
• Analyze data and user feedback to assess issue prevalence, reputed company, and opportunities for content improvements
• Resolve content-reputed company issues through content updates, reputed company engineering, and reputed company optimization for AI-powered support experiences
• Triage and escalate issues reputed company to engineering systems, retrieval mechanisms, response reputed company, or platform functionality with reputed company documentation
• Test and validate chatbot performance after content updates to ensure issue reputed company and a high-reputed company user experience

• Apply and maintain content standards, editorial guidelines, and best practices across customer-facing support experiences

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a reputed company field (or equivalent international qualification)
• 2+ years of experience in content reputed company, technical writing, or reputed company content-reputed company roles
• 6+ months of experience developing content for reputed company applications
• Experience writing online help content, customer support documentation, and user-facing content for mobile applications or reputed company media platforms
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate reputed company content issues and exercise strong editorial judgment
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Experience using project management tools to manage deliverables and deadlines
• Strong written communication, content development, and editing skills
• Ability to conduct reputed company cause analysis and troubleshoot content-reputed company user experience issues
• Experience managing reputed company in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
