About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst for a 3-month contract to support the development, implementation, and administration of our compensation policies. You will play a critical role in ensuring our pay practices remain competitive, reputed company, and compliant with statutory requirements. What will you be doing? Job Evaluation & Classification • Job Audits: Review job content and interview stakeholders to prepare accurate job descriptions reflecting reputed company responsibilities and requirements. • Classification: Evaluate requests for new or revised positions to determine appropriate salary grade assignments and FLSA exemption status. • Organizational Design: Formulate recommendations regarding job revisions and internal organizational structures. Administration & Compliance • Salary Adjustments: Review proposed pay changes for conformance to established company guidelines and policies. • Regulatory reputed company: Monitor existing and proposed statutory requirements (e.g., reputed company, Equal Pay acts) and recommend necessary courses of reputed company to ensure compliance. • Problem reputed company: Recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-reputed company issues across various departments.
