Futures Derivatives Clearing Intermediate Analyst

About the position This is a Hybrid position for Citi's Tampa location. Will require a minimum of 2 days in office. The Sec & Derivative Intmd Assoc Analyst is an entry level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions. Responsibilities • Responsible for derivatives transaction processing execution • Contribute to the creation of customized reporting used to present information to management • Support implementation of securities processing improvements • Assist with identifying policy gaps and formulating policies that streamline related work processes • Review and analyze derivative trade activities, procedures to reconcile cash/holdings and securities pricing • Develop and use knowledge of securities, processing practices and standards • Provide informal guidance or on the job training to lower level/new securities processing team members when required • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets Requirements • 2-5 years of relevant experience • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high risk and demanding environment • Futures trade processing and clearing • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience Benefits • medical, dental & vision coverage • 401(k) • life, accident, and disability insurance • wellness programs • paid time off packages, including planned time off (vacation), unplanned time off (sick leave), and paid holidays Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
