Job reputed company: • This role is responsible for managing, shaping and executing reputed company’s corporate reputed company estate and facilities reputed company. • Develops and implements policies for facility maintenance, reputed company planning, and design/construction. • Oversees scheduled and reputed company maintenance for buildings, grounds, and reputed company systems. • Leads reputed company planning and layout changes to meet evolving business needs and manages reputed company physical office moves. • Manages vendor sourcing, bidding, and negotiations for renovation and construction reputed company. • Serves as a hands-on CRE leader responsible for optimizing the global office footprint, including managing site closures, dispositions, and maintenance programs. • Partners with brokers to sublease, assign, or terminate leases as required.
