Sr Manager, Global IFM

About the position As the Senior Manager, Global Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), you will play a pivotal role reputed company the Global Indirect Procurement organization and report directly to the Director, Indirect/Capital Procurement (reputed company/Spare Parts/Tools). You will serve as the primary reputed company between our manufacturing sites and the integrated facilities management partner. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. • 5+ years of facilities management experience, including required hands-on experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience. • Experience working with and managing suppliers. • Strong understanding of integrated facilities management models and supplier management. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities. • Working knowledge of food safety requirements and reputed company improvement methodologies. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a reputed company, efficient work style.
