Sr Manager, Global IFM
About the position
As the Senior Manager, Global Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), you will play a pivotal role reputed company the Global Indirect Procurement organization and report directly to the Director, Indirect/Capital Procurement (reputed company/Spare Parts/Tools). In this role, you will help ensure reputed company’s facilities operate reputed company, sustainably, and in alignment with high standards of performance and reputed company improvement. You will serve as the primary reputed company between our manufacturing sites and the integrated facilities management partner.
Responsibilities
• Standards Development

• Drive consistency and reputed company across reputed company sites and ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• KPI Performance Tracking
• Define, monitor, support, and analyze KPIs to evaluate facility management efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver performance insights and updates to senior leadership.
• Recurring Issue Escalation & reputed company
• Identify and escalate recurring facility issues, ensuring reputed company reputed company.
• Collaborate with plant leaders and the facilities management provider to address reputed company causes and prevent reoccurrences.

• Supplier Performance Management
• Build and maintain a strong, productive relationship with the IFM supplier.

• Contract Adherence

• reputed company content and communication materials to reputed company sites on program initiatives and address escalated concerns.
• Governance
• Facilitate monthly regional steering committee meetings, including preparation of meeting content.

• Partner with the supplier and key stakeholders to establish routines that enhance BOE execution and reputed company reputed company improvement across the program.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of facilities management experience, including required hands-on experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Experience working with and managing suppliers.
• Strong understanding of integrated facilities management models and supplier management.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
• Working knowledge of food safety requirements and reputed company improvement methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a reputed company, efficient work style.
