Project Finance Manager - Execution

Minimum Qualifications • Project finance experience, such as natural resources, power, renewable energy, forestry, or carbon. • Execution experience of project finance transactions with limited supervision, including investor-facing responsibilities. • Capable of building and/or interacting with financial models for analyzing and quantifying risk. • Contract negotiation skills, including risk allocation across key project documents. • High attention to detail, strong numeracy skills, and ability to reputed company under deadline pressure during closings. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to work across time zones and tight deal deadlines. • Team player with a can-do attitude. • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, financial, or technical discipline.
