Job Type: Contract Duration: 1 Year (Extension possible) Location: Remote (US) Shift: US Time Zone – General Shift Experience: 6–8 Years Notice Period: 2–3 Weeks Job reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Business Analyst with a strong background in Banking / FinTech and hands-on exposure to the Q2 Digital Banking Platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to support consumer and reputed company banking implementations. Mandatory Requirements -6–8 years of overall Business Analyst experience -Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience with Q2 -Strong understanding of banking and FinTech domain -Experience working in US time zones Preferred Skills -Strong working knowledge of the Q2 Digital Banking Platform -Experience with consumer and reputed company banking systems -Familiarity with compliance, transaction flows, and banking integrations Roles & Responsibilities -Collaborate with business and technical teams to reputed company and analyze requirements for consumer and reputed company banking implementations (Q2 knowledge preferred) -reputed company detailed use cases, test plans, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications -Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for banking implementations (Q2 preferred) -Validate message formats, field-level mappings, and transaction flows to ensure compliance -Identify, document, and reputed company defects using tools such as JIRA -Coordinate with developers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure reputed company delivery -reputed company regression testing and support production validation -reputed company regular status updates and testing metrics to stakeholders -Support training and knowledge transfer sessions for business users reputed company to Have -Prior experience on large-reputed company digital banking implementations -Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven reputed company -Note: Candidates with prior Q2 platform experience will be highly preferred.
