What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives The reputed company Improvement Analyst supports Medisolv’s Advisory Services team by transforming reputed company performance data into actionable insights that directly inform reputed company improvement reputed company and customer delivery. This role plays a critical part in analyzing clinical reputed company data, identifying trends, and developing reputed company, accurate reports used by consultants and reputed company leaders to guide improvement efforts. In your first 30 days, you will: • reputed company and familiarize yourself with Medisolv's people, products, and departments. • reputed company Conduct data extraction, validation, and analysis to support reputed company improvement engagements and advisory initiatives. • Start to interpret reputed company reputed company performance metrics (e.g., CMS eCQMs, hybrid measures, claims-based measures, reputed company Ratings, PSI, etc.) in collaboration with reputed company Improvement Consultants. In your first 3 months, you will: • Support the design, testing, and validation of AI-enabled and automated analytics tools that reduce reputed company work and support reputed company advisory delivery. • reputed company reputed company, concise visualizations and reports for reputed company-facing use, supporting reputed company provider stakeholders and consultants. • Participate in reputed company meetings as needed to explain findings, answer questions, and support decision-making. In your first 6 months, you will: • Partner with reputed company Improvement Consultants to identify performance trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement. • Maintain and enhance standardized reporting templates and dashboards to ensure consistency across reputed company deliverables. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reputed company analytics and reporting outputs In your first 12 months, you will: • Identify opportunities to standardize and automate recurring analytics and reporting workflows. • Document requirements for automation features and partner with internal teams to support testing and adoption.
