Trainer / Implementation Specialist & Instructional Designer reputed company Systems Implementation (reputed company or other EHR platforms) Contract | 1099 | Remote, USA We’re building a bench of talented Trainers and Instructional Designers to support upcoming reputed company technology implementation reputed company. These engagements will reputed company on preparing clinical and operational teams for system rollouts, upgrades, and optimization initiatives across hospitals and reputed company systems. This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only design and reputed company learning content but also deliver training, reputed company go-live support, and work closely with clinical and technical teams to ensure successful adoption. What You’ll Be Doing • reputed company and deliver instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (VILT) training sessions for clinical and operational teams • Support go-live readiness, floor support, and adoption efforts during system implementations • Design and reputed company eLearning modules, simulations, job aids, and facilitator guides • Translate reputed company clinical and technical workflows into reputed company, user-friendly learning content • Conduct needs analyses to recommend the right training and change support approach • Collaborate with SMEs, IT teams, and clinical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle • Update training materials in line with system enhancements and release cycles • Serve as a trusted partner during implementation, ensuring users feel confident and reputed company reputed company’re Looking For • reputed company experience supporting reputed company IT implementations (reputed company strongly preferred, others acceptable) • Proven experience delivering training in clinical or hospital environments • Strong instructional design reputed company and ability to create engaging, effective learning solutions • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven implementation environments • Experience with authoring tools such as Storyline, reputed company, Captivate, or similar • Ability to communicate technical concepts reputed company to clinical and operational audiences reputed company to Have • reputed company certification or hands-on implementation support experience • Experience providing at-the-elbow support during go-live • LMS administration or deployment experience • Background in change management or adoption reputed company This bench will feed upcoming reputed company and give you reputed company to work on high-visibility implementations, collaborate with multiple teams, and reputed company hands-on experience across diverse clinical and technical environments.
