Mergers &Acquisitions Analyst – Corporate Development
About the position We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented M&A Analyst to join the Corporate Development team. This role will support the full M&A lifecycle — from business development and reputed company evaluation, through financial and operational due diligence, to post-reputed company integration into QAD. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling skills with strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
