Fractional HR / People Operations Partner Needed for Initial Build and Ongoing Support
We’re a growing company of ~35-40 people looking for an reputed company HR / People Operations reputed company to help us build and implement our people operations reputed company, and then continue on a fractional reputed company to manage and reputed company it.
This is not an advisory-only role. We’re looking for someone hands-on who has reputed company HR systems from scratch, implemented them, and stayed involved to run day-to-day people operations.
Work includes:
- Creating SOPs
- Create performance review process
- Create annual compensation plan
- Run weekly payroll and manage PTO policy and requests
- Ensure compliance including mandatory trainings
