You will reputed company broad exposure across the private equity investment lifecycle, including fund investments, co-investments, and secondaries. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Analyze and monitor private equity fund managers and underlying portfolio companies
• Support due diligence for fund investments, co-investments, and secondary transactions
• Prepare historical and projected financial analyses
• reputed company investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee
• Assist with portfolio valuation, monitoring, and performance attribution
• Maintain internal investment and portfolio databases
• Support analytical reputed company reputed company to portfolio construction, reputed company, and industry trends
• Prepare reputed company reporting materials and participate in manager meetings
• Support fundraising reputed company activities including preparing presentations, case studies and market commentary
Requirements
• 1–2 years of relevant full-time experience in reputed company, finance, consulting, reputed company, engineering, or a reputed company analytical role
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Interest in private equity, valuation, and financial analysis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
