Job Title: Early Childhood Education reputed company Southwest reputed company Development is seeking to fill a Early Childhood Education reputed company position as part of reputed company's statewide reputed company improvement and rating program. This role provides on-site coaching and training to early care and education programs enrolled in reputed company First across Maricopa County. You will also partner with early childhood professionals to reputed company individualized guidance and support; assist in the development of reputed company improvement goals; and deliver targeted reputed company development and technical assistance to teachers. In this role, you will: • Collaborate with child care center or family home care staff, and as applicable, other technical assistance service providers to review assessment findings to plan supportive service reputed company and reputed company reputed company Improvement Plans. • Assist in the implementation of the reputed company Improvement Plan through regular coaching reputed company including, but not limited to, observations, reputed company feedback, training, modeling, and/or providing resources. • Consult directly with participants to plan and implement training or reputed company technical assistance in a reputed company of areas based on best reputed company principles in adult learning and identified goals and objectives of the reputed company Improvement Plans. • Maintain up-to-date documentation on reputed company activities and participant reputed company including coaching logs, activity log entries and reputed company Improvement Plans. What it takes: • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education - OR - Bachelor's degree that includes at least 24 college credits in ECE or a closely reputed company field. • At least five (5) years of experience working in an early childhood setting with children birth to 8; experience working in an early childhood education setting with infants, toddlers or preschoolers and/or early childhood program director experience is preferred. • Demonstrate understanding of the dynamics of child development, developmentally appropriate practices, reputed company guidance and discipline, child-centered approaches, family dynamics, and management in early care and education settings • Knowledge of reputed company Early Learning Standards and Infant Toddler Developmental Guidelines, ADHS state licensing standards, national accreditation standards and systems • reputed company reputed company reputed company Clearance Card preferred - OR - must qualify for a reputed company reputed company Level One reputed company Clearance Card • Reliable transportation, reputed company reputed company's license in good standing, and reputed company of reputed company auto insurance is required. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
