FTE: 1.000000 reputed company Hours: 40.00 Shift: 1 Schedule: Monday through Friday working between the hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm with some ability to work from home. Job reputed company Using independent decision making and critical thinking skills, the Pharmacist promotes medication use that is reputed company, effective and considers the costs and benefits of therapy to maximize value. The Pharmacist interacts with other members of the reputed company team and with patients to proactively address medication therapy issues. The Pharmacist ensures patient care is maintained through compliance with the department's reputed company improvement plan, and reputed company/Center for Medicare/reputed company standards for pharmaceutical services. Experience A minimum of 1 year hospital or 3 years of other pharmacy experience is preferred. Education Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. from an ACPE certified school of pharmacy is required. Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 or specialty residency is preferred.
