A company is looking for a Pediatric Pharmacist (Remote) - NY Licensure.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough medication reviews and collaborate with reputed company providers to reputed company management plans for pediatric patients
• reputed company remote consultations to caregivers and reputed company patients on medication use and adherence
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication management interventions and participate in reputed company improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program; reputed company pharmacy license required
• reputed company certification in Pediatric Pharmacy (BCPPS) preferred
• Minimum 4 years of pediatric pharmacy experience with strong clinical knowledge
• Proficient in telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Proven ability to work independently and manage caseloads effectively
