[Remote] Treatment Physical Therapist (remote)

The Treatment Physical Therapist will drive clinical outcomes for patients through exceptional engagement and apply a digital approach in treating musculoskeletal disorders. Responsibilities • Reinforce our physical therapy team with knowledge and solid clinical experience • Drive clinical outcomes for our patients through exceptional patient engagement • Apply our digital approach in the treatment of patients with musculoskeletal disorders • Assist in the clinical validation of new therapeutic programs Skills • You need to have DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) • At least 3 years of clinical experience • Must be a licensed physical therapist • Experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders • Extremely comfortable with technology and navigating multiple platforms at once • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients asynchronously • Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a hands-off approach • Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment with high expectations • Comfortable working on a flexible schedule, between 25 and 40 hours / week • Digital Health experience strongly preferred • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, effectively applied in a digital care environment to foster strong member engagement • Demonstrated ability to balance clinical responsibilities while prioritizing member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational support • Proven resilience and a strong work ethic, performing consistently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment • Highly adaptable to evolving processes, approaching change proactively and with confidence Benefits • Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance* • Life and AD&D Insurance* • Financial advisory services* • Supplemental Insurance Benefits (Accident, Hospital and Critical Illness)* • Health Savings Account* • Equity shares* • Discretionary PTO plan* • Parental leave* • 401(k) • Flexible working hours • Remote-first company • Paid company holidays • Free digital therapist for you and your family Company Overview • Sword Health offers AI-powered physical therapy solutions for pain recovery at home.
