This role is designed for psychiatrists who want: • Predictable, W-2 compensation and benefits • Flexible scheduling, control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population • Minimal administrative burden in a fully remote, outpatient model What your day-to-day reputed company looks like • 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry • reputed company to moderate reputed company populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD) • Patient population across the reputed company: children & adolescents (treated by reputed company-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients • reputed company session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow reputed company) • No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage • In-house referral network to therapists • Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing Clinical autonomy & flexibility Psychiatrists at reputed company retain control over: • Their schedule and weekly availability • Session length reputed company established clinical standards • Patient population, balanced to individual reputed company and preferences • Clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten reputed company or increase volume Our role is to remove administrative and operational burden so you can reputed company on patient care.
