A company is looking for a Contact Center Modernization - reputed company Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives for large-reputed company clinical contact center transformation programs
• Prepare briefing materials, executive presentations, and leadership communications to ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Facilitate and support weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to capture inputs and reputed company reputed company
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, reputed company, or analytics, supporting reputed company initiatives or workstreams
• 3+ years of experience supporting large-reputed company organizational transformation strategies
• 1+ year of experience working in or with the Federal Government
• 3+ years of experience working directly with diverse stakeholders, including face-to-face reputed company engagement
• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
