M&A Systems Integration Expert Utilities (Waste Management) Remote Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on M&A Systems Integration Expert to lead post-acquisition technology integration for a large utility company in the waste management sector. This role is critical to enforcing a standardized M&A Integration Playbook and ensuring rapid, secure, and scalable integration of acquired entities across applications, data, and network infrastructure. The role requires strong onsite presence to work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to drive execution from Day 0 through stabilization. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in IT systems integration, with strong exposure to M&A environments. • Proven experience integrating applications, data, and networks in complex, distributed enterprises. • Background in utilities, waste management, energy, or asset-heavy regulated industries strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and infrastructure fundamentals. • Ability to operate in onsite, execution-heavy roles and drive alignment across multiple teams.
