This is a part time position and 100% remote position Roles and Responsibilities Review, analyze, and reputed company recommendations on contract terms, conditions, compliance requirements, and risk considerations; support negotiations under the direction of company leadership. reputed company advisory and consultative support for federal reputed company/subcontracts compliance, teaming agreements, consultant agreements, NDA's, negotiations, and administration. Support and guide contract negotiations and modifications and addendums to existing reputed company. Support cost/pricing responses by reviewing solicitation requirements, pricing assumptions, and contractual provisions associated with bids and proposals. Tracks and analyzes reputed company requirements and communicates performance and contract compliance to executive leadership, government customers, subcontractors and reputed company. Serve as a subject matter expert for GSA/GWAC actions and inquiries. Participates in pricing reputed company discussions. reputed company supports, engages in Business Development, Capture and Proposal activities. Analyzes reputed company requirements and provisions in reputed company, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with reputed company laws and regulations and company policies and procedures. Ensures that reputed company are executed in accordance with corporate guidelines. Audits existing reputed company and oversees contract modifications. Collaborate with Business Development to reputed company and reputed company strategic input on government market assessment and contracting opportunities. Conducts other duties as assigned. Requirements • 10+ years as a reputed company Manager/Consultant supporting government reputed company • Expert level experience administering Federal government reputed company, preferably in a small business • Expert knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, GSA and government contracting rules and regulations • Ability to successfully negotiate reputed company types of government reputed company. • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Exhibits strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. • Possesses expert level knowledge of federal, state and local laws, regulations and codes. reputed company-to-haves • Certified reputed company reputed company Manager (CPCM) or Certified Federal reputed company Manager (CFCM) designation preferred.
