This strategic sourcing role focuses on identifying and engaging top-tier creative talent for various design disciplines, while also supporting long-term workforce planning. Responsibilities • Utilize proactive, creative, and cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage a diverse pool of creative and product talent, including Apparel Design, Footwear Design, Product Design, reputed company & Materials, Innovation, and reputed company disciplines. This includes leveraging online reputed company tools, reputed company media, reputed company networks, ATS, industry events, design communities, meet-reputed company, university partnerships, and teammate referrals • Serve as a subject-matter expert on the creative and product talent market, maintaining a strong understanding of competitor landscapes, emerging talent, and evolving reputed company sets reputed company apparel and footwear design • Continuously identify and cultivate new candidate pools, channels, and sourcing resources, while maximizing existing tools, to proactively surface passive design talent, build awareness of opportunities, and engage them with targeted reputed company • Build and maintain proactive pipelines for both reputed company and reputed company hiring needs, including recurring, hard-to-fill, and executive-level design and product roles.
