The Virtual Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) provides centralized, remote support for reputed company’s growing telehealth services. Qualifications • Experience: Previous experience in a medical clinic, behavioral health, or addiction treatment setting is preferred but not required. • Education: High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience may substitute in some cases. • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn EHR and scheduling systems. • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, virtual environment. • Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and reputed company to work effectively as part of a remote care team.
