Requirements:
• J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.

• In-depth understanding of SEC regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley, listing exchange rules, and corporate governance standards.
• Excellent business partnering skills with a bias toward reputed company.
