**Experienced Remote Data Entry Associate – Healthcare Claims Processing**

In addition to your base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive based on business need. arenaflex provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. **Schedule and Shifts** We offer a flexible schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, with three shifts available: * First shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm CST * Mid shift: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm CST * Second shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm CST Overtime may be required, and you will be expected to work your assigned shift. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for processing all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our client. Your duties will include: * Capturing and validating complex data * Classifying images and documents * Pre-adjudicating documents and correcting data as required * Verifying data from automated data extraction tools * Completing assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to do the work * Working within established procedures and practices * Working under close supervision **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Be able to type at least 40+ WPM with a high level of accuracy * Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office, and internet research * Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with a high accuracy rate * Pass an internet speed test (download of at least 25, upload of minimum 5, and ping ms equal to or less than 175) * Have a basic knowledge of medical claims form processing (preferred) * Have a high-speed internet connection and meet speed requirements * Be at least 18 years of age or older * Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) * Be eligible to work in the United States * Be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks and/or drug screenings * Live in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY **Important Note** We are currently NOT hiring in the following geographies: * States: AK, CA, CT, HI, MA, IL, MT, & NY * Metro Areas: MN – Minneapolis, IL – Chicago, NY – New York City, OR - Portland, MD - Montgomery County, CO - Denver, Washington, DC **Pay Transparency Laws** In some locations, pay transparency laws require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.
