Position Overview – Your Strategic Impact

Reporting directly to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at arenaflex, the Vice President of Customer Experience Transformation will own the end‑to‑end customer experience strategy across all U.S.‑based arenaflex brands. This senior leadership role blends data‑driven insight, cross‑functional partnership, and innovative technology adoption to deliver differentiated value that fuels profitable growth, customer retention, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CXO to design, launch, and continuously refine a holistic customer experience roadmap aligned with arenaflex’s financial objectives and long‑term vision.
  • Persona Development: Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed customer and partner personas, grounded in deep analysis of preferences, behaviors, and value‑chain dynamics.
  • Insight Portfolio Management: Build a unified analytics platform that delivers a 360‑degree view of each segment, turning raw data into actionable experience insights.
  • Performance Governance: Define, track, and report on key experience metrics; translate performance data into strategic recommendations that drive decisive action across the enterprise.
  • Journey Optimization: Leverage quantitative and qualitative feedback to uncover pain points, then collaborate with product, operations, and digital teams to design and implement solutions that elevate satisfaction and reduce friction.
  • Technology Advocacy: Champion the adoption of emerging digital tools (AI, automation, self‑service platforms) that embed a customer‑centric mindset throughout every business unit.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in CX, or related field) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in customer experience, service design, or related disciplines, with a proven record of delivering measurable improvements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating customer insights into strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Deep understanding of data analytics, voice‑of‑the‑customer methodologies, and modern CX technologies.
  • Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed organization, engaging senior leaders, front‑line staff, and external partners.
