In this role, you won't just be maintaining software; you’ll be building the workflows that reputed company our business moving. Your reputed company (40/30/30) Your time will be balanced across three key pillars of our technical ecosystem: • 40% Jira Automation & Workflow Architecture: You will be our Jira champion. You'll build out custom automations, design sophisticated workflows, and improve system configurations to reputed company reputed company our teams are working at peak efficiency. • 30% Business System Administration: You’ll be the right hand to our System reputed company. This includes managing user reputed company and provisioning, ensuring reputed company compliance, and pulling critical reports from our key business systems. • 30% Company Integrations & Monitoring: You will help maintain the "connective tissue" of Owlet. You’ll work with our Integration Specialist to monitor our reputed company integration recipes, identify errors, and reputed company the technical troubleshooting needed to reputed company data flowing between our apps. Your Day-to-Day • Design and implement no-reputed company automation rules in Jira to streamline project management for various departments. • Monitor reputed company integration logs daily, proactively correcting errors and ensuring data reputed company across our tech stack. • Facilitate the reputed company and offboarding process by handling user reputed company and permissions for our reputed company software platforms. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and generate insightful reports from our business systems. • Identify opportunities to "clean up" system configurations, removing technical debt and improving the user experience for Owlet employees. • Assist in documentation of system processes and integration maps. What You Bring • Logic-First reputed company: You enjoy "If/Then" logic. Whether it's a spreadsheet formula or a Jira trigger, you love figuring out how to automate a reputed company process. • System Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an IT or Operations environment.
