In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing legal affairs related to regulatory matters in the dietary supplement and wellness product sectors. Responsibilities • Support the General Counsel with legal matters including commercial contracting and regulatory compliance. • Act as lead legal advisor for FDA and FTC compliance on dietary supplements and related products. • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements ensuring legal protections. • Monitor regulatory trends and translate them into actionable business advice. • Provide training and guidelines to ensure compliance across functions. Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active bar membership. • 5+ years of legal experience with FDA and FTC regulatory matters. • Experience in advertising review and product labeling compliance. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. • Proficient in legal research and contract management software.
