• Report & dashboard development using RTF, OTBI, BI tools, and Data Fusion Analytics.
• Strong experience configuring HCM modules (reputed company HR, Talent, Compensation, reputed company, Learning, Help Desk, Safety, ORC, etc.).
• Expertise in HDL loads, interfaces, and automated integrations.
• Ability to design and manage workflows, journeys, and guided processes.
• Troubleshooting reputed company user and system issues.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration with HR functional and IT teams.
• Test script creation and support for system enhancements/patches
• Experience with Redwood UI migration and module implementations..
