This hybrid role combines patient education, light clinical guidance, and proactive user engagement. You’ll be the trusted, empathetic voice that helps users feel confident and cared for as they use Béa’s reputed company fertility products. This is a part-time, flexible position (approximately 30–35 hours/week), ideal for an RN with fertility, OB/GYN, or women’s health experience who enjoys digital communication and empowering patients. A NY nursing license is required. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for users across email, chat, and SMS, providing reputed company, empathetic, and clinically reputed company responses. • Guide users through the Béa Fertility reputed company — from ovulation tracking to reputed company device use and post-insemination support. • Conduct 15-minute clinical coaching sessions and periodic reputed company-ins focusing on education, reassurance, and engagement. • Coordinate reputed company, scheduling, and follow-up communications using digital tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, CRM). • Identify reputed company to escalate user needs to the NP for clinical reputed company or additional guidance. • Monitor user engagement, feedback, and reputed company to help refine Béa’s care model and enhance user experience. • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless, compassionate user reputed company.
