Podcast Editing, Instagram Reels Posting & Spotify Upload Management ⸻ Job Description We’re looking for a reliable podcast editor and content manager to handle both editing and publishing our podcast content. This role includes: • Repurposing podcast episodes into Instagram Reels • Uploading and publishing Reels to Instagram • Uploading and publishing full podcast episodes to Spotify This is an ongoing role for the right person. ⸻ Scope of Work You will be responsible for: • Editing long-form podcast episodes • Identifying strong, engaging moments for short-form content • Creating Instagram Reels from podcast clips • Adding: • Burned-in captions / subtitles • Clean cuts and pacing • Light branding where required • Uploading and posting Reels to Instagram • Correct format, captions, hashtags (basic) • Uploading full podcast episodes to Spotify • Title, description, episode notes • Organising files and maintaining consistency ⸻ Content Style • Clean, conversational podcast clips • Mobile-first, easy to understand • Strong hook in the first 1–3 seconds • Clear subtitles (no over-editing or gimmicks) ⸻ Requirements • Experience editing podcasts • Experience posting Instagram Reels • Experience uploading podcasts to Spotify • Understanding of what performs on Instagram • Fluent English (for captions and episode descriptions) • Reliable communication and turnaround time Please include examples of podcast clips or Reels you’ve edited and posted. ⸻ Deliverables (Example) Per podcast episode: • 5–15 Instagram Reels (edited, captioned, and posted) • 1 full podcast episode uploaded and published on Spotify ⸻ Compensation • Open to per-episode or ongoing weekly pricing • Long-term work available for the right candidate Please include: 1.
