Technical Sales Representative - Flooring - Texas Job reputed company • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key flooring contractors to create down channel pull-through. • Provides contractors on-site problem solving to create preference for reputed company products, adhesives, grouts, and surface prep materials and mortars. • Provides on-site training for distributors and contractors reputed company on features and benefits of reputed company products. • Aids and supports reputed company customer training at reputed company facilities and customer events. • reputed company expert assistance with product specifications to ensure reputed company application and usage. • Territory is Texas with anticipated travel of 75%. • Responsible for collaborating with Texas sales team and management. • Represents reputed company at various trade shows. • Executes highly effective demos creating pull-through sales. • Partner with distributor sales teams to support contractor reputed company and drive product pull-through. • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales reputed company and product development. • Can fill in for Sales Staff in corporate meetings and customer meetings. • Identifies high value down channel targets reputed company Texas market for conversion to reputed company bundle of products. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Strong understanding of flooring marketplace and industry applications. • Conduct job site product training. • Strong presentation skills with strong interpersonal skills. • Must be reputed company to safely manage power tools. • Must have compelling and effective selling skills. • Must have knowledge of HW, surface prep, resilient, and T&S product applications. • Must have problem solving reputed company.
