YouTube Title Research & Optimization Specialist (Wellness / “That Girl” Niche)
I am looking for a serious YouTube title strategist to rewrite five existing YouTube video titles in the wellness / “that girl” aeshethic / soft discipline niche.
This is NOT a simple “make it more clickable” task.
This is NOT an AI plug-and-play rewrite job.
I need someone who will conduct deep research inside my niche on YouTube, analyze performance patterns, and present real comparative data to support their title decisions.
You will:
• Research my niche directly on YouTube
• Identify high-performing vs. underperforming videos
• Compare titles within similar topic categories
• Analyze CTR patterns and emotional triggers
• Study thumbnail-title synergy
• Identify psychological patterns behind why certain titles attract clicks
• Evaluate identity-based and aspirational phrasing
• Examine emotional positioning (curiosity gap, authority tone, relatability, contrast, tension, etc.)
This is strategic work — not cosmetic editing.
Deliverables
For titles, I expect:
1. Comparative Data Analysis
• Examples of underperforming titles (with views, channel size context)
• Examples of high-performing titles in similar topics
• Explanation of what the top titles are doing differently
• Patterns observed across multiple examples
2. Psychological Rationale
• Why the new title works
• Emotional triggers being used
• Identity framing or contrast being leveraged
• Why it should increase CTR
3. New Optimized Title
• Data-backed rewrite
• Aligned with thumbnail strategy
• Designed for high click-through rate
4. Summary Insights
• What works in this niche overall
• What consistently underperforms
• Patterns in phrasing, structure, and positioning for future titles
• I will provide:
• My niche
• My target audience details
• The desired outcome for each video
• Thumbnail direction examples
• You must conduct the majority of the research independently.
• I want someone who understands:
• How YouTube’s algorithm evaluates CTR
• Emotional psychology behind clicking behavior
• Identity-driven marketing in the wellness/self-improvement space
• The mindset of my target audience
Please include:
• Examples of YouTube titles you’ve optimized
• Any CTR improvement data you can share
• Your research process when approaching title optimization
• Why you are qualified for this niche specifically
I’m looking for strategic thinking, real data comparison, and deep understanding of click psychology.
If you understand how people think, how YouTube works, and how to trigger curiosity without clickbait — I’d love to hear from you.
