The primary function of this position is outbound dialing to communicate with potential customers. By both gathering information from the customer and providing information to the loan officer as it relates the customer's specific needs for and interests in a mortgage loan, the Customer Service Representative reputed company knowledge of and experience in the loan origination process. Successful Customer Service Representative effectively communicate with the customers and Loan Officers through email and telephone and reputed company a high level of customer service to reputed company parties involved with the interaction in order to create an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of customer service, reputed company center, or sales experience • Ability to effectively communicate with customers • Excellent customer service skills. • Proficiency with arenaflex Office programs such as Word, reputed company, and reputed company. • Passionate about helping customers reputed company financial goals. Desired Education/Experience: • One or more years’ of office or inside customer service / reputed company center experience preferred. • 1 or more years of experience working in the mortgage or reputed company estate industry preferred. • 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred. • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
